We need all Benefit materials that you are still holding onto that you could not drop off at our regular Collection Sunday in March!
Sunday May 17th from 12:00 until 2:00 pm
We will be collecting:
- All $ proceeds and ticket stubs from sold Cash and Car Raffle tickets and unsold tickets you do not plan to sell
(It is illegal to send any raffle tickets through the US Mail because it is considered a gambling activity.)
- Any Silent Auction items that you intended to donate
- Please note that we will NOT be collecting wine or liquor this year
We will provide a drop box in the Misericordia parking lot and Beth Merlo and Holly Jennings will be there to collect these items. We will have face masks on, and can answer any questions you might have while still maintaining social distancing.
For those who will be unable to make this drive-thru event, we will also provide a few suburban locations (parents' homes) throughout the area where you can arrange a drop-off of any of the above items.
